The perfect fan event? We’re trying to make it happen.
With the original gameplay in mind, we’re creating an event that feels like a real Project Sekai event.
We’re bringing familiar elements from the game into real life: CrossBeats has its own event story, event logo and, of course, its own event gacha. Complete Stamp Missions throughout the weekend to collect Wish Jewels, which you can later exchange for rewards in the Exchange Store.
For us, it’s not just about offering as many activities as possible. We want to bring the feeling of a Project Sekai event to the entire weekend – from collecting and trading together to little surprises and memories you can take home with you.
We want you to enjoy the event without having to worry about accommodation or food. Everything is taken care of during the event.
You’ll stay together in hostel rooms at the venue and receive three meals a day. Snacks and drinks will also be available throughout the day.
Cosplay is absolutely encouraged, but not required. If you want to cosplay, you’re free to choose any character and outfit – regardless of which characters others are already cosplaying.

– but make it cosplay
At Cosplay no Kizuna, we deliberately plan our meetups as an entire weekend together and keep them relatively small, with a maximum of 25 participants. This creates a personal and relaxed atmosphere where you don’t just cross paths for a few hours at an event and then go your separate ways again.
Having breakfast together, talking about a shared hobby or fandom, hanging out in the evening, doing silly things during the day or actively joining the program, taking photos, playing games – or simply heading back to your room for a while when everything gets a bit too much and you need some time to breathe.
And somehow, along the way, after two days you suddenly know people who were still complete strangers on Friday.
Our program is also designed to help people connect naturally. Not through forced icebreaker games, but by always having something you can do together, try out, or compete against each other in.
Our accommodation is perfect for all that:. The youth hostel consists of two buildings, one of which will be entirely ours for the weekend. In addition to the bedrooms and a large hall, we’ll have several smaller common rooms at our disposal, as well as a small kitchen with a microwave, kettle, tea station and refrigerator.
This means we’ll largely have our building to ourselves, with plenty of space for the program and spending time together – but also enough room for quieter moments whenever you need them.
