Experience a Project Sekai Event in Real Life
The perfect fan event? We’re trying to make it happen.
With the original gameplay in mind, we’re creating an event that feels like a real Project Sekai event.
We’re bringing familiar elements from the game into real life: CrossBeats has its own event story, event logo and, of course, its own event gacha. Complete Stamp Missions throughout the weekend to collect Wish Jewels, which you can later exchange for rewards in the Exchange Store.
For us, it’s not just about offering as many activities as possible. We want to bring the feeling of a Project Sekai event to the entire weekend – from collecting and trading together to little surprises and memories you can take home with you.
We want you to enjoy the event without having to worry about accommodation or food. Everything is taken care of during the event.
You’ll stay together in hostel rooms at the venue and receive three meals a day. Snacks and drinks will also be available throughout the day.
Cosplay is absolutely encouraged, but not required. If you want to cosplay, you’re free to choose any character and outfit – regardless of which characters others are already cosplaying.

Matsuri
We’ve prepared four different Matsuri games for Friday, each with its own selection of prizes.
The games are themed around the different units, with each unit having its own Matsuri game – except VBS.
At each game, you can earn Wish Jewels for the corresponding unit.
The prizes themselves will be mixed, so you won’t find merch from just one specific group at each game.

Stamp Missions
Complete small tasks, collect stamps, and once you finish your first Stamp Card, you’ll receive a Bonus Energy Drink Can – an insulated can-shaped bottle designed after the Bonus Energy item from the game and filled with goodies!

Wish Jewels & Wish Jewels Exchange Store
Throughout the weekend, you can collect Wish Jewels and exchange them throughout Saturday at the Exchange Store for goodies, small prizes, or Gacha Pulls.
VBS Wish Jewels, however, can only be obtained from a Gachapon.

Gachapon
VBS Wish Jewels can only be obtained through our Gachapon. The coins for this are scattered throughout the common areas and will be repositioned throughout the weekend. So keep your eyes peeled!
In addition to 5–15 VBS Wish Jewels, depending on the Gachapon ball, you’ll receive 1–2 keychains featuring the logo of your favorite unit (random) with every pull.

Collectible Cards (own CrossBeats Gacha)
To go along with our original Event Story, we also have our very own Event Gacha, featuring 7 cards across all units.
You can get the cards by completing Stamp Cards, or spend 35 Wish Jewels for one Gacha Pull.

Showact: MoonCord
MoonCord is a Project Sekai performance group. They’ll be joining us with an interactive show you can take part in – and they’ve got a little surprise in store for you~

Photo Studio
We’re bringing 4 backdrop images from Project Sekai for you, along with solid-color backdrops that you can switch out yourself whenever you like.
Balloons and fairy lights, Japanese lanterns, fake festival food and sweets. We’ve got plenty of props ready for you! So you can take plenty of memorable photos, whether with your group or solo!

Creative Corner
Craft your favorite character out of paper, make an idol fan, a pinwheel, or create something completely different!
We’ll bring the materials – you do the crafting.

Games
We’ve got everything from traditional Japanese games to nerdy board games and a selection of card games for you to enjoy.
You’re also more than welcome to bring your own games along!

Event Titles
Each participant receives a memorial title, just like after any PRSK in-game event!
You can also collect 6 more titles during the event!

PowerPoint Karaoke
In PowerPoint Karaoke, you’ll be given a presentation you’ve never seen before and have to present it completely on the spot. The goal is to act as if you created the presentation yourself and desperately need to get a good grade – so improvise, think fast, and play off any confusion!
There’s no actual grade and no wrong way to do it. It’s all just for fun and for anyone who loves improvising.
The presentations are themed and illustrated around Project Sekai (or Vocaloid music videos).
Taking part will be generously rewarded with 2 original e-Picks, a “Stage Fright” Event Title, and plenty of Wish Jewels.

Final raffle
At the end of the event, there will also be a final raffle. You can get raffle tickets from the Gachapon, Tsuribiki, and by completing Stamp Cards.
Win complete Gacha Card sets, another Energy Drink Can, a handmade Guess Who? game featuring Project Sekai characters, and more...!
No one goes home empty-handed: if you haven’t won anything at all, you can exchange all of your raffle tickets for one goodie of your choice from the Exchange Store. Everyone will have at least one raffle ticket.

All-inclusive
Food, drinks, and accommodation are included in the participation fee. The program itself is also completely free of charge.
